conveyed or mentioned or intended so to be or their appurtenances
or any part thereof so that she the said Rebecca Harn her heirs ex-
ecutors and administrators or any of them shall not nor will
at an time hereafter have claim or demand as aforesaid or
pretend to any such dower or right or title of dower or
other estate right title interest pretence claim or demand
as aforesaid of in to or out of the said premises or any part
thereof with their appurtenances but of and from the same and
every part thereof shall and will be from henceforth utterly debar-
ed and excluded forever by these presents.
In Witness whereof I the said Rebecca Harn have hereto affixed
my hand and seal this thirteenth day of December AD 1855.

who being duly sworn deposeth & sayeth that she the said Rebecca Harn does voluntarily relinquish her dower to the within set forth &
described premises with their appurtenances &c and that she does so of her own free will & accord freely and without the apprehension and
constraint of her said husband the said William Harn, - Sworn to and subscribed before me this 13th day of December AD 1855

This Indenture made the twenty seventh day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
between Jesse Delano of the City of New York party of the first
part and Michel McCarrol of Alachua County in the State of
Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part in consideration of the sum of
three hundred dollars to him duly paid before the delivery
here of hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth
grant and convey to the said party of the second part &
to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or
parcel of land lying situate and being in the Arredondo
Grant in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described upon the map of the said grant made
by Messrs Burr & Washington Commissioners as section
number fifteen of Township number Eleven of Range number
twenty one with the appurtenances and all the estate
title and interest of the said party of the first part
therein And the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the second part
that at the time of the delivery hereof the said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted and
                           absolute
seized thereof in fee simple^and he will warrant and de-
fend the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable posses-
sion of the said party of the second part & to his heirs and
assigns forever

hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above
