AD 1853 before me the undersigned a Commissioner appointed by the
Governor of the State of Florida by letters patent under the
great seal of said State to administer oaths and take the proof
and acknowledgement of Deeds and other instruments under seal
to be used and recorded in Florida in and for the State of
New York and as such duly Commissioned and sworn and dwelling
in the city of NEW York personally appeared Jesse Delano to me
personally known to be the individual described in & who Exe-
cuted the foregoing conveyance and acknowledged to me that he
had executed the same

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
James T. Thomas planter residing at Spring Grove Alachua
County State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar to me in hand paid before the sealing and
delivery of these presents and for the further consideration
of the sum of Eight hundred Dollars the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and conveyed in
fee simple and by these presents do bargain sell and
convey in fee simple unto James B. Bailey esq planter
of Sweet Water Alachua County State of Florida all that
certain tract of land known on the map as Section(32) thirty
two Township nine(9) and Range(20) twenty in the Arredondo
Grant, Said Section containing (640) Six hundred and forty acres
more or less to have and to hold the above described
premises unto James B. Bailey esq his heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns forever and the right of said
James B. Bailey esq his heirs executors and assigns to use
enjoy occupy and possess said land I( will forever warrant
guarantee and defend
