on a private examination separate and apart from her said 
husband that she signed sealed and delivered the said conveyance
freely and without any fear threats or compulsion of her husband

acknowledgments to be the same persons described in and who

I Elizabeth Love Marquand wife of Henry G. Marquand within named
in consideration of one dollar to me paid by Mathew B. Hawkins the
grantee within named do hereby release relinquish and renounce 
all rights and claims and equity of dower of in and to the within
described premises and do declare that such renunciation is made
freely and voluntarily without any fear constraint apprehension
of and from my said husband.
