acres and eighty two hundredths more or less. With all appur=
tenances and all the claims interest right title and demand of the
said B.M. Jones in and to the premises. To have and to hold the
same with the appurtenances unto the said P.H. Dudley his heirs
and assigns forever in fee simple.
And the said B.M. Jones for himself and his heirs doth hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said P.H. Dudley that he
the said B.M. Jones is now the owner of the said premises, and
is seized of a good indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and
that he has full rights and power to sell and convey the same
in fee simple absolute that the same are free and clear from
all incumbrances that the said P.H. Dudley his heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have hold occupy possess and enjoy the
same without any suit molestation or interruption by any
person whatever lawfully claiming ay claiming right therein

and that the said B.M. Jones and all persons hereafter,^under
him will at any time hereafter at the request and expense of
the said B.M. Jones his heirs and assigns make and execute all
such other and further assurances for the more effectually con-
veying of the said premises with the appurtenances as may be
reasonably required by him or them and the said B.M. Jones and
his heirs and assigns shall and will warrant and defend the said
premises with the appurtenances unto the said P.H. Dudley his heirs
and assigns forever.
In Testimony whereof the said B.M. Jones hath hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and year first above written

Before me Lemuel Wilson Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua
County personally appeared Stephen P. Bevill one of the sub-
scribing witnesses to the foregoing indenture Instrument, who
being duly sworn says he saw Benjamin M. Jones sign seal
and deliver the same for the purposes therein specified and
that he signed the same as a witness
