liquors or ardent spirits of any kind, shall ever be kept
on the said premises or any part thereof, and in case
of a violation of this condition, the said party of the
Second part, for himself, his heirs executors and assigns
covenants and agrees with the said parties of the first
part, that there shall be a forfeiture of all the grants
in this or their deed to the last vendor of any part or portion
of said premises, In witness whereof the said parties
of the first part hath hereunto set their hands and
affixed their seals on the day and year first above

peace in and for said County do hereby certify that I have
examined Mary Mixson and Susan M. Polhill seperately and
apart from their husbands Charles J. Mixson and John G.
Polhill and that they distinctly state and affirm that
they executed the foregoing indenture of their own free will
and accord, and without any constraint, fear, apprehend
sion or compulsion of or from their said husbands.
