the above described premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part for
themselves their heirs executors and administrators
the said premises in the quiet and peaceable posession

Jeptha Knight and Mary M. Knight his wife both
to me well Known as the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
to, John B. Standly and acknowledged that they had
signed sealed and delivered the same for the purposes
therein mentioned and the said Mary M. wife of the
said Jeptha Knight being examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
that she signed said deed freely and voluntarily and
without any apprehension constraint or fear of or
from her said husband for the purpose of relinquishing
all her dower and right of dower in and to the
premises therein conveyed to John B. Standly. In
