Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I Daniel Hurst of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of one hundred and eighty seven dollars and fifty cts to
me in hand paid, have granted, bargained, sold, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto John Kitler
of the aforesaid County and State, all that certain lot
or parcel of land situated in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida and described as follows to wit; lots
No three and seven, quarter of section twenty nine, in Township
eight, south of Range twenty two, containing of 100 00/100 acres
with all the appurtenances, and all my right, title, interest
claim and demands of, in or to the premises. To have and to
hold the same with the appurtenances unto the said John
Kitler, and his heirs in fee simple for ever, and I the said
Daniel Hurst, and my heirs, do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said John Kitler, and his heirs and assigns that I am
now the owner of the said premises, and are seized of a good and
indefeasable estate of inheritance therein, and that I have full
right and power to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute
that the said premises are free and clear from all encumbrances that
the said John Kitler, his heirs and assigns may for ever hereafter
have hold, possess, and enjoy the same, without any suit moles
=tation, or interuption by any person whatever, lawfully claiming
any right therein, and that I the said Daniel Hurst, and all
persons hereafter claiming under me, will at any time hereafter at
the request and expense of the said John Kitler, his heirs and assigns
make all such further assurances for the more effectual conveying
of the said premises; with the appurtenances, as may be reasonably
required of him, or them and that I the said Daniel Hurst and
my heirs will warrant and defend the said premises with the
appurtenances, unto the said John Kitler and his heirs and
assigns forever, In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this twelfth day of April A.D. 1853

Alachua County   } Before me Arnold Thigpin a Justice of 
the peace in and for said County, personally appeared Daniel
Hurst to me well known, and acknowledged that he executed
the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
