Susan C. Strobel who being examined by me separately and
apart from her husband acknowledged that she had
executed the foregoing relinquishment of Dower freely
and voluntarily upon her part and with out any
compulsion constraint or fear from her said husband

Know all men by these presents that I Isaac Johns
of Alachua County in the State of Florida for and
in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty
dollars to me in hand paid by Thos Fraser in said
County of Alachua the receipt whereof I do hereby ac-
knowledge have given granted bargained sold and con-
veyed and do by these presents give grant bargain and 
sell and convey unto the said Thos Fraser the following
piece and parcel of land situated in the County of
Alachua and the State of Florida and known as the
south east quarter of the north west quarter and the
north east quarter of the south west quarter of section
No Fourteen Township No Eight (8) of Range No Nineteen
East containing Eighty two acres and one hundredth of
and acre with all the privileges and appurtenances to the
same in any wise appertaining or belonging to have and
to hold the aforesaid granted premises unto the said
T. Fraser his heirs and assigns to his and their use
and behoof forever, and I the said Isaac Johns for
my self my heirs executors and administrators do
