that I Jemima Hurst the wife of the within named Daniel
Hurst for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and
eighty Seven dollars and fifty cents, to me in hand paid by the
within named John Kitler, do hereby relinquish and renounce
all my Dower, and right and title to Dower in and to the
premises mentioned in the within Indenture, to the said John
Kitler, and I do hereby acknowledge that the said relinquish
=ment and renunciation of Dower is made freely and volun
=tarily, and without any any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension, or fear of, or from the within named Daniel
Hurst my said Husband; taken and acknowledged by the
Said Mrs Jemima Hurst Separate and apart from her said
Husband this the 12th day of April A.D. 1855

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents, that I
John Kitler of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, in
consideration of the Sum of five hundred dollars, paid to me by
J.F. Stanfill, of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant
bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the Said J.F. Stanfill, his heirs
and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land, with the building
thereon, and all the priviledges, and appurtenances to the Same
                                              and described 
belonging, Situated in Said County, and bounded^as follows
to wit: lot No (8) in Section four, in Township nine, South of Range
twenty two East, containing Sixty Seven acres, and thirty hundredths of
an acre in Alachua County and State of Florida, To have
and to hold the above granted premises, to the Said J.F.
Stanfill his heirs and assigns, to his and their use and behoof
for ever. And I the Said John Kitler, for myself, and
my heirs, Executors, and administrators, do covenant with the
Said J.T. Stanfill, his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully
Seized in fee Simple of the aforegranted premises, that they are
free from all encumbrances, that I have good right to Sell
and Convey the Same to the Said J.T. Stanfill, his heirs and
assigns forever, as aforesaid, and that I will, and my heirs
Executors and Administrators, Shall warrant and defend the
Same to the Said J.T. Stanfill, his heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
    In testimony whereof I the Said John Kitler have hereunto
Set my hand and Seal, this the 4th day of February A.D. 1854.
