(19) East containing in all about three hundred & thirty three
(333) acres the same more or less together with the appur
tenances  To have & to hold unto the said S.B. Thomp-
son his heirs executors administrators & assigns the said
described premises with all & singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining And I the said Jonas Driggers for
my self & my heirs do hereby covenant & agree to
& with the said S.B. Thompson his heirs & assigns that
I now am the lawful owner of the said premises
that I am seized of a good & indefeasible estate
of inheritance therein that I have full power & 
right to sell & convey the same in fee simple
absolute and that I will warrant & forever de-
fend the said premises unto the said Samuel B.
Thompson his heirs or assigns against all & person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming the same
by these presents
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
& seals this fifteenth day of February in the year of
our Lord Eighteen hundred & fifty six

County of Alachua } Be it known that on this fifteenth
day of Feby AD 1856 before the subscriber a Justice
of the Peace in and for said County personally came
Jonas Driggers & his wife & severally acknowledged
that the foregoing deed of conveyance was their act &
deed for the purposes therein mentioned and that I
am well acquainted with them both and known them
to be the identical persons named in and who
executed the said deed

before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in & for said
County personally came Lucretia Driggers wife of Jonas Driggers
of said County to me well known who being of full age on a
private examination separate & apart from her said husband ac-
knowledged that she executed the within deed freely & voluntarily
& without an compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
husband. In witness whereof she has hereto set her hand &
seal the day & year above written                     her
