Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
Stephen P. Bevill of the State and County aforesaid for and
in consideration of the sum of three thousand dollars to me
paid in hand have bargained & sold unto Tilman Ingram
of the State and County aforesaid all that tract or par-
cel of land situated within the Arredondo Grant County
and State aforesaid & known in the plan of survey
of said grant made by Mssrs Burr & Washington as sec-
tion twelve Township Ten & Range nineteen containing 
Six hundred and forty acres more or less and I do here-
by bargain sell and release deliver and convey unto the said
Tilman Ingram all my right title & interest in the above
described lands together with all the rights members
hereditaments and appurtenances incident thereto or in
any wise appertaining and I do hereby bind myself
my heirs executors and assigns to warrant & forever
defend unto the said Tilman Ingram his heirs executors
& assigns the above described lands against all persons
lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof
In testimony I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal this the 28th day of Febry 1856

Know all men by these presents that I Lavina Bevill
the wife of Stephen P. Bevill the grantor of the foregoing
deed for the conveyance of real estate for and in consid-
eration of the premises in said deed recited and in further
consideration of the sum of one dollar to me paid by
Tilman Ingram the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
do renounce relinquish and release unto the said Tilman
Ingram all my right claim or equity of Dower in and
to the premises by said deed conveyed as fully and absolutely
as I might or could in any way do the same.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and
affixed my seal this twenty eighth day of Febry in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
six
