without ay compulsion dread or fear of any person or persons

          Alachua County   } This Indenture entered into on this the
          eighteenth day of December eighteen hundred and fifty five
          between Josiah Seckinger and C.R. Seckinger his wife
          of the first part and Tilman Ingram of the County
          and State aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth,
          For and in consideration of the sum of Eight thousand
          five hundred (8,500 $) To us in hand paid the receipt
          of which is hereby acknowledged we have this day bargained
          and sold and by these presents do bargain and sell to

          the party of the second part the following tracts or parcels^
          To wit, The South half of Section Twenty six (26) Township
          Nine (9), Range Nineteen (19) the North half of Section
          Thirty six (36) Township Nine (9) Range Nineteen (19) the
          West half of Section Three (3) Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen
          (19) and Eighty acres (80) off the west side of the East
          half of Section Two (2) Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen
          (19) making in all fifteen hundred and Twenty (1520)
          acres more or less together with all the tenements her-
          editaments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging
          To have and to hold to the said party of the second
          part his heirs executors administrators or assigns
          forever and we of the first part do further
          covenant with the party of the second part that we
          are lawfully seized of the above described tracts
          or parcels of land that we have have good right to sell
          the same to which we do by these presents bind our
          heirs executors administrators or assigns forever and we
          do by these presents warrant and defend the said party
          of the second part in peaceable possession of the
          same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
          soever
