Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents
that I Mary Kitler wife of the within named John Kitler
for and in consideration of the Sum of five hundred dollars
dollars to me in hand paid by the within named J.T.
Stanfill, do hereby relinquish and renounce all my Dower,
and right and title to Dower, in and to the premises mentioned
in the within Indenture to the Said J.T. Stanfill, and I do
hereby acknowledge that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower is made freely, and voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or fear of, or from
the within named John Kitler my Said Husband
  Taken and acknowledged by the Said Mary Kitler
Separate and apart from her said Husband, this the 11th
day of November A.D. 1854                               her

Justice of the Peace in and for Said County, personally
appeared John Kitler to me well known, and acknowledged
that he executed the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein
mentioned    In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and seal, this the 4th day of February A.D.

I John Kitler of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, in consideration of the Sum of Seventy four dollars
paid to me by Wiley Hicks, in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby give, grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the
Said Wiley Hicks, his heirs and assigns, a certain tract
or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon, and all
the privileges and appurtenances to the Same belonging
situated in Said County, and bound and described as follows,
to wit lot No. ten of Section No. Six in Township No. nine
South of Range No. twenty one hundreths of an acre, To have
and to hold the above granted premises to the Said Wiley
Hicks, his heirs and assigns, to his and their use and behoof
forever, and I the said John Kitler for myself, and
