appurtenances thereunto belong forever, and we do covenant
with the said Tilman Ingram that we are lawfully seized
of the said tract or parcel of land that it is free from
all encumbrance and that we have good right to sell
the same and we will warrant and defend the
said Ingram his heirs executors administrators or
assigns in peaceable possession of the same against the
legal claims of all persons whomsoever.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I M.S. Perry of the State & County aforesaid for
& in consideration of One thousand dollars to me
in hand paid have bargained and sold unto
Daniel G. Anderson of the State of South Carolina
Chester District all that tract or parcel of land
situated within the Arredondo Grant County &
State aforesaid and known in the plan of survey
of said grant made by Messrs Burr & Washington
as Sections 13, 14, & 15 containing Nineteen hundred
and twenty acres situated in Township nine Range
Twenty and I do hereby bargain sell release deliver
& convey unto the said Anderson all my right
title and interest in the above described lands
together with all the rights members hereditaments and
appurtenances incident thereto or in any wise
appertaining and bind myself my heirs executors &
assigns to warrant & forever defend unto the said Daniel
G. Anderson his heirs, executors & assigns the above
described lands against all persons lawfully claiming
