hereby certify unto all whom it may concern that the
wife of the within named M.S. Perry did this day appear
before me and upon being privately and separately exam-
ined before me did declare that she did freely and vol-
untarily without any compulsion dread or fear of any
person or persons whomsoever renounce release and for-
ever relinquish unto the within named Daniel G. Ander-
-son his heirs and assign all her interest and estate
and also all her right and claim of dower of in and
to all and singular the premises within mentioned and

Alachua County   } This Indenture made on the thirteenth
day of June one thousand eight hundred & fifty four
between B. Bailey and Mary N. Bailey his wife of the
first part and D.G. Anderson of the second part.
Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the
sum of one thousand and seventy five dollars to us
in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknow
edged we have this day bargained and sold and
by these presents do bargain to the said D.G. Ander-
-son his heirs executors administrators or assigns
the following tract or parcel of land. To wit, beginning
at the NW corner of Section four (4) Township Ten (10) 
Range Twenty (20) of the Arredondo Grant and run-
ning S 5° E, Eight chains & fifty links to a stake
from thence N 85° E Ten chains & fifty links to the
middle of the run of a branch known as sweet
water thence down the middle of the run of said branch
to the point where the northern boundary of the Town
of Gainesville crosses it thence East eleven chains to
a stake thence south thirty three chains & 85 links
eighty five links to a stake thence East seventeen chains
