boundary of said section crosses said branch thence along the
section line East 4 1/2° North thirty four chains & fifty links
to the SE corner of said section thence N 5° W seventy
eight chains and twenty five links to the NE corner of
said section thence S 85 1/2 W seventy eight chains and
fifty links to the point of beginning To have and to
hold to the said D.G. Anderson his heirs executors admin-
istrators or assigns with all the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing and the said James B. Bailey & wife do covenant
with the said Anderson that they are the lawful owners
of the above described tract of land containing Four
hundred and thirty acres (430) more or less that
they have good right to sell the same and they do
agree to sustain the said Anderson in the peaceable
possession of the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
