hereditaments and premises To have and to hold the
said lands tenements and hereditaments and all
and singular attending the premises herein before
mentioned with their appurtenances unto the said
James M. Sparkman his heirs and assigns and to his
and their only proper use and behoof and I the
said Wade H. Sparkman and Susan Sparkman his
wife doth hereby for themselves their heirs executors
and administrators covenant promises and agrees to
and with the said James M. Sparkman his heirs and
executors administrators and assigns in manner and
form following. That is to say, That the said James
M. Sparkman his heirs and assigns shall and may
peaceably and quietly have hold and enjoy the said
lands tenements hereditatments premises and every
part and parcel thereof without the least suit
trouble or eviction or disturbance of the said Wade
H. Sparkman or Susan Sparkman their heirs or assigns
or of or by any other person or persons lawfully claiming
or to claim from by or under or in trust for them or
any of them and the said lands tenements heredit-
-aments and premises and every part and parcel
thereof unto the said James M. Sparkman his
heirs and assigns for and clear and freely and clearly ac
quited exonerated and discharged of from and against all
former and other gifts grants bargains sales mortgages es-
-tates titles troubles charges and incumbrances whatsoever
have made done committed occasioned suffered by the said
parties of the first part or by any person lawfully claiming
or to claim by from or under them or by their or any of
their acts means assent procurements and the said
parties of the first part and their heirs all and singu-
-lar the aforesaid lands tenements hereditaments appur
-tenances and premises and every part and parcel
thereof unto the said James M. Sparkman his heirs
and assigns then the said parties of the first part,
their heirs and assigns shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents

edge that the foregoing Indenture was signed by me for
the purpose of relinquishing my dower and right of 
dower in and to the premises therein conveyed to
James M. Sparkman and that the said renunciation
