my heirs Executors and administrators, do covenant with the said
Wiley Hicks, his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee
simple of the above granted premises, that they are free from all
incumbrances, that I have good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Wiley Hicks, his heirs and assigns forever, as aforesaid, and
that I will and my heirs, Executors and administrators shall warrant
and defend the same to the said Wiley Hicks his heirs and assigns
forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons,

of all right and title of, or to Dower in the granted premises

January 1855, Between E.L. King of Alachua N.E. Florida
party of the first part, and McCollum Phifer of Union
Ct N.C. party of the second part, Witness that the said E.L.
King of the first part for and in consideration of the
three thousand dollars in hand paid at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained, sold, aliened
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant
bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
McCollum Phifer party of the second part his heirs
and assigns, two sections of land situated in the Arredondo
Grant, to wit; Sections one and Six 6 Range 21
