Sparkman being by me examined separate and apart
from her said husband do acknowledge that the fore-
going indenture was signed by her for the purpose of
relinquishing her dower and right of dower in and to
the premises therein conveyed to James M. Sparkman
and that the said renunciation and relinquishment of
dower was made freely and voluntarily without any
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband and in evidence thereof did in my
presence sign and seal the foregoing acknowledge-

and William A. Forward Commissioners appointed by
the Circuit Court of the Eastern Circuit of Florida sit-
