To Have and To Hold the above granted & described
premises or parcels of land together with all and sin-
-gular the improvements & appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said
party of the second part his heirs executors admin-
istrators & assigns absolutely & in fee simple forever
subject however to the following condition attaching
thereto in perpetuity forever, That is to say, That no
Whiskey shop or other place for retailing ardent spirits
shall ever be kept on said premises or any part or
parcel thereof and in case of a violation of this
condition the presents upon which the same held
& the conveyance of any portion of the premises which
shall be so used shall be null & shall be forfeited to
the last vendor And the said party of the first part
conveys the property of one mentioned & the said party of
the second part receives the same on the foregoing
condition
And the said party of the first part for himself his heirs
executors administrators covenants & agrees with the said
party of the second part his heirs executors administrators
& assign that he is seized in fee of the afore granted premises
that they are free from all incumbrance that he has good
right to sell and convey the same to the said party of the
second part and that he will and his heirs executors & admin
istrators shall warrant & defend the same against the lawful
claims & demands of all persons. In witness whereof the said
party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal on the day & year first above written

do hereby relinquish my right of dower in the certain town lots or
parcels of land conveyed by my said husband to the said Geo W.
