Solomon Godwin of the County of Columbia and State afore
said for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
dollars to me in hand paid by Jonas Driggers of the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien and convey unto the said Jonas Driggers the follow-
ing described lots or parcels of land situate lying and
being in the said County of Alachua Viz. SE1/4 of NE1/4, Sec-
tion 36 in Township seven (7) S Range nineteen (19) E. and the
lot No Eight (8) and the N1/2 of lot No nine (9) of the SW
1/4 of Section Thirty one (31), SE1/4 of the SE1/4 Section Thirty
six (36) Township seven (7) Range nineteen (19) and lot No
Eighty eight (88) N1/2 of lot No Nine (9) of the SW1/4 of Sec-
tion Thirty one (31) Township No Seven (7) Range No Twenty (20) 
East with all the appurtenances and all the claim right
title interest and demand of me the said Solomon
Godwin in and to the premises To have and to hold the
same with the appurtenances unto the said Jonas
Driggers his heirs and assigns forever in Fee simple
and I the said Solomon Godwin for myself and my
heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant
grant and agree to and with the said Jonas Driggers
that I am now the owner of the said premises and that
I am seized of a good and indefeasible estate of inher-
itance therein and that I have full right and power
to sell and convey the same in fee simple that the
said premises are free of all encumbrances that the
said Jonas Driggers his heirs and assigns may forever
