have hold occupy possess and enjoy the same without
any suit molestation or trouble by any person whatsoever
lawfully claiming any right therein and I the said Sol-
omon Godwin and all persons claiming under me will
at any time hereafter at the request and expense of the
said Jonas Driggers his heirs and assigns make all
such further and other assurances for the more effectual
conveying of said premises with the appurtenances as may
be required by them and that I the said Solomon Godwin
my heirs executors and administrators will forever warrant
and defend to the said Jonas Driggers his heirs and
assigns the right and title to the premises against the
claim or claims of all persons whatsoever.

consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in hand paid
by Jonas Driggers at and before the signing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
-ged do hereby renounce release relinquish and forever quit
claim unto the said Jonas Driggers his heirs and assigns all
my right and claim of dower in and to the premises by said
deed conveyed as fully and absolutely as I might or could
do the same.
