fee of the aforegranted premises that they are free
from all encumbrances that I have good right
to sell and convey the same unto the said Peter
                                    and
Sparkman as aforesaid and that I will^my
heirs executors and administrators shall and
will warrant and defend the same unto the
said Peter Sparkman his heirs and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons
whatsoever. In witness whereof I the said Cornelius
Johns and Maria Johns his wife for and in consid-
-eration of the sum of one dollar to her in hand paid
she hereby relinquishes all her right and title
to dower in the premises we have hereunto set
our hands and seals this the second day of

Cellon of Alachua County and State of Florida for
and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
dollars to me in hand paid by Peter Sparkman
in said County of Alachua the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have given granted bar-
gained sold and conveyed and do by these presents
give grant bargain and sell and convey unto the
said Peter Sparkman the following piece and parcel
of land situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known as the North half of the
South West quarter of Section Thirteen in Township
Eight South of Range Nineteen East, and South half
