of the South West quarter of Section Thirteen and the
North half of lots 3 & 4 (or the North half of the North West
quarter of Section Twenty four in Township Eight south
of Range Nineteen East, in the District of the lands subject
to sale at Newnansville Florida containing Two hundred
and forty acres with all the privileges and appurtenances
to the same in any wise appertaining or belonging to have
and to hold the aforesaid granted premises unto the 
said Peter Sparkman his heirs and assigns to his and
their use and behoof forever And I the said
John A. Cellon for myself my heirs executors and
administrators do covenant with the said Peter
Sparkman his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the aforegranted premises that they
are free from all encumbrances that I have
good right to sell and convey the same unto the
said Peter Sparkman as aforesaid and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will warrant and defend the same
unto the said Peter Sparkman his heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons whatsoever. In witness whereof I the said
John A. Cellon and Misaniah Cellon his wife
for and in consideration of the sum of one dol-
-lar to her in hand paid she hereby relinquishes
all her right and title to dower in the premises
we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 
the Nineteenth day of August in the year of one
thousand Eight hundred and fifty three.
