Know all men by these presents that Isaac
Johns of Alachua County and State of Florida for
and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred
dollars to me in hand paid by Peter Sparkman
in said County of Alachua the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have given granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do give grant bargain and sell and
convey unto the said Peter Sparkman the
following piece and parcel of land situated in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known as the East half of North West quarter
and West half of North East quarter of Sec-
tion No thirty four in Township No seven south
of Range No Twenty east containing One hundred
and sixty acres and fifteen hundredths of an
acre with all privileges and appurtenances to
the same in any wise appertaining or belonging
To have and to hold the aforesaid granted
premises unto the said Peter Sparkman
his heirs and assigns to his and their use
and behoof forever, and I the said Isaac
Johns for myself my heirs executors and
administrators do covenant with the said
Peter Sparkman his heirs and assigns that
I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the
afore granted premises that they are free
from all encumbrance that I have good right
to sell and convey the same unto the said
Peter Sparkman as aforesaid and that I
will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will warrant and defend the same
unto the said Peter Sparkman his heirs and 
assigns against the lawful claim and demands of
all persons whatsoever In witness whereof I the
said Isaac Johns and Ann Johns his wife for and
in consideration of the sum of one dollar to 
her in hand paid she hereby relinquishes all
her right and title to dower in the premises
we have hereunto set our hands and seals
this the 12th day of November in the year

State of Florida } This is to certify that Isaac Johns
Alachua County   } and Ann Johns personally came
before me well known to me and acknowledged the fore-
going assignment on the within deed for the purposes mentioned
