the first part severally and respectively covenanting
in regard to their own acts and deeds and the conse-
quences thereof and not in regard to the act or deed of
any other party or parties whomsoever or the consequen
-ces thereof do covenant grant promise and agree
in manner aforesaid to and with the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns that the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall and lawfully may from time to time and at
all times forever hereafter peaceably and quiet-
-ly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy all
and singular the said hereditaments and premises
hereby granted and conveyed or intended so to be
with their and every of their appurtenances and
receive and take the rents issues and profits
thereof to and for his and their own use and
benefit without any lawful let suit hindrance
molestation interruption or denial whatsoever
of from or by the said parties of the first part
their heirs or assigns or of from or by any other
person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or who shall or may lawfully claim hereafter
by from or under them or either of them or by from
or under their or either of their right title interest
or estate and the said parties of the first part
further covenant in manner aforesaid that
they have not done made executed or committed
any act deed matter or any thing whatsoever
previous to the executing of these presents to affect or
in any manner impair the estate right or title in
or to the above described premises herein and hereby
conveyed to the said party of the second part or
intended so to be.

South Carolina Geo Riddell who is personally known to
me and who being duly sworn deposeth and saith that
he was present and saw the above named W. Nayler & Wm M.
Lawton sign seal and as their act and deed deliver the
within and foregoing instrument for the uses and purposes there-
in expressed and that deponent subscribed the same as a
witness and saw W.L. Mikell do likewise.
