the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable pos-
session of the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever and that the same are free and
clear of all liens whatever.

City & County of New York S.S.  Be it remembered that on
this seventh day of March in the year 1856 before me the
undersigned Moses B. Maclay a commissioner resident
in the City of New York duly commissioned under the
laws of Florida & qualified to take acknowledgements
of deeds &c to be used or recorded therein personally
appeared Francis Perkins to me known to be the person
who executed the within Instrument by him sealed and
subscribed & acknowledged the execution thereof to be his
free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned.

Know all men by these presents that for and in
consideration of the natural love and affection which
I Edmund Cale have for my wife Lydia as well for
and in consideration of the sum of five dollars
to me in hand paid by Joseph B. Coker at or before
the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt I do
hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant give bargain
and sell unto the said Joseph Coker in trust for
my said wife Lydia her heirs executors administrat-
-tors and assigns all the goods and chattels following
To wit One Negro man named Washington, three head
of Horses one wagon one cart seventeen head of hogs
marked Swallow fork and under bit in one ear and
under bit in the other one buggy all my household
and Kitchen furniture four head of cattle one note
