Fryer. To have and to hold all and singular the
premises hereby given an granted unto the said
Joseph Coker in trust for my wife Lydia as

of Alachua County Eastern Circuit of Florida person-
ally appeared on this the 7th day of April 1856 Robert
Youngblood who being duly sworn says he is on of
the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing deed and
that he saw the same executed for the purposes
therein mentioned.

Know all men by these presents that I William D.
Clark of Alachua County in the State of Florida for
& in consideration of the sum of three thousand dol-
lars to me in hand paid at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents by John C.
Richard Jr. of Duval County & State of Florida the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
& sold & by these presents do grant and convey unto
the said John C. Richard Jr. his executors adminis-
trators & assigns, Two Negro Slaves one of them named
Sam about thirty four years of age & one of them
named George about twenty two years of age
seven horses the same which I now own One
2 Horse wagon and about Three hundred head of
cattle more or less being all the cattle now owned
by me & in differrent marks and brands, To
have & to hold the same unto the said J.C. Richard
Jr. his heirs Executors administrators & assigns for-
ever, And I do for myself my heirs executors &
administrators covenant & agree to and with
the said John J.C. Richard Jr. to warrant &
defend the sale of the said described property
hereby sold unto the said J.C. Richard Jr.
