of Alachua County Eastern Circuit of Florida person-

edged that he executed the foregoing deed of con-
veyance to John C. Richard Jr for the purposes
therein mentioned

Know all men by these presents that I Joseph A.
Wavasseur of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum the three
hundred dollars to me in hand paid by John A. Cellon
of the said County and State at and before the seal-
ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said
John A. Cellon the following described lots of land
lying and situated in the town of Newnansville in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described on the map of said state Town on file
in the office of the Judge of Probate of said County as
follows to wit, Lots Number (6) six and (7) seven on half
Range north of Range No (1) one with all the appurtenan
-ces and all the claim right title and interest and
demand of me the said Joseph A. Wavasseur in and
to the premises To have and to hold the same with
the appurtenances unto the said John A. Cellon his
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple And I
the said Joseph A. Wavasseur for myself my heirs
executors and administrators do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said John A. Cellon that I am
the owner of the said premises and that I am seized
of a good and sufficient estate of inheritance and
