that I have full right and power to sell and convey the
same in fee simple that the said premises are free of
all encumbrances that the said John A. Cellon his heirs
and assigns may forever hereafter have hold occupy
possess and enjoy without any suit molestation or trouble
by any person lawfully claiming any right therein
and that I the said Joseph A. Wavasseur and all per-
sons claiming under me will at any time hereafter
at the request and expense of the said John A. Cellon
his heirs and assigns make all such further and other
assurances for the more effectual conveying the said
premises with the appurtenances as may be required
by him or them And that I the said Joseph A. Wavas-
-seur my heirs and assigns executors or administrators
will forever warrant and defend to the said John
A. Cellon his heirs and assigns the right and title
to the premises against all persons whatsoever
In witness whereof the said Joseph A. Wavasseur
hath set his hand and seal this thirty first day
of March AD 1856.

Know all men by these presents that I Mary Wavasseur
wife of Joseph A. Wavasseur grantor of the foregoing
for and in consideration of the premises in the said
deed recited and in further consideration of the sum
of five dollars to me in hand paid by John A. Cellon
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
do hereby renounce release relinquish and forever
quit claim unto the said John A. Cellon his heirs
and assigns all of my right and claim of dower
in and to the premises before said deeded and
conveyed as fully and absolutely as I might or
could do the same.
Witness my hand and seal this the thirty first day of March

County of Alachua } On this thirty first day of March in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
fifty six personally came before me a Justice of the
Peace in and for said county Joseph A. Wavasseur
and acknowledged that he executed the foregoing deed of
conveyance freely and voluntarily for the purposes
therein mentioned and also personally appeared
Mary Wavasseur wife of the said Joseph A.
Wavasseur and acknowledged that she executed
the foregoing relinquishment of dower and I
