every other claim right or title to any childs part or
distributive share or any interest whatever which she
might otherwise have had therein upon the solemnization
of this intended marriage and in the right she would possess
in the event of ever being the widow of her said intended
husband.

Before me Lemuel Wilson Clerk of the circuit court of
Alachua County Eastern Cr of Florida personally appeared
on this the 9th day of April 1856 Samuel B. McLin who
being duly sworn say he was one of the subscribing to
the foregoing deed and that he saw the same executed for the 
purposes therein mentioned.

County of Alachua   This Indenture made the (9th) ninth
day of October in the year of Our Lord One Thousand
Eight hundred and fifty five, between Joel B. Smith
of the village of Micanopy and county aforesaid
of the first part and George S. Reggs of the
village of Micanopy and county and State
aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum
of One hundred and forty five dollars to
him in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents hereof the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said party of the first part hath
bargained sold, given granted and
conveyed, and by these presents doth do
bargain, give grant and convey unto
the said party of the second part all
