and it being the intention of this instrument that neither I
myself nor any person claiming or to claim any right or rights
derived by operation of law, shall or may in any way interfere,
or act in the business or affairs of said Estate of said A.N. Hall
deseased whereof I am now administratrix.
       In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal

                  Personally appeared this 9th day of January
A.D. 1855 Mrs Harriet M. Hall administratrix of Estate
of Amaziah N. Hall deceased to me well known, and acknowledged
that she had executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes
therein set forth, and with a full knowledge of its contents and
provisions.

  This Indenture made this thirtieth day of January one
thousand eight hundred and fifty five, Between George L.
Brown of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and
Jacob E. Robinson of the same County and State, Whereas
the said Jacob E. Robinson in and by two certain promissory notes
under his hand in the words and figures following to wit;
$300.00 Newnansville Fla. Jany 25 1855" one day after date I
promise to pay to George L. Brown or bearer three hundred dollars
for value received, with interest from date at 8 per ct

One day after date I promise to pay to George L. Brown or bearer
three hundred dollars for value received with interest from date at
8 per ct.                                Jacob E. Robinson
Stands indebted to the said George L. Brown in the sun of six
hundred dollars, the same sum mentioned in said promissory notes
together with lawful interest for the same as in and by the said recited
notes, relation being had thereto more fully, and at large appears,
Now this indenture Witnesseth, that the said Jacob E. Robinson
as well for and in consideration of the aforesaid Sum of six hundred
Dollars, the same mentioned in said promissory notes, and for the
better securing the payment thereof, with the lawful interest thereon
to the said George L. Brown, his executors, administrators and assigns
as well as certain advancements of money goods and merchandise
to be made in future by the said George L. Brown to the said
