   that certain tract or lot of land situate in the Village
of Micanopy State and County aforesaid, and known
   and described as follows: That is to say: Lot
   No 3 of Block No 2 of Township No 2 North
   of Range No 1 West, according to the map of
   the lands of the party of the first part, con-
   taining One acre more or less, being part of
   section No twenty six, of Township No Eleven
   south of Range No Twenty East, of the Arre-
   dondo Grant   To Have and to hold the
   afore granted premises, with all and singular
   the appurtenances, and all the estate, title
   and interest of the party of the first part
   therein, or to the same in any wise appur-
   taining or belonging unto the said party of 
   the second part his heirs and assigns forever
   in fee simple. And in accordance with the
   directions of the Decree of Partition this conveyance
   is expressly made by the party of the first part
   and accepted by the party of the second part
   with the following conditions attaching thereto
   in perpetuity forever, that is to say: That no
   Whiskey Shop or other place for retailing
   ardent spirits, shall ever be kept on said
   lot, or any part or parcel thereof, and in
   case of a violation thereof, the premises upon
   which the same are held and the conveyance
   of an portion of the premises which shall be
   so used shall be forfeited to the last vendors
       In witness whereof the said party of the
   first part hath hereunto set his hand and 
   affixed his seal this twenty second day of October

   for the County and State aforesaid Joel B. Smith
   who acknowledged that he executed the written In-
   denture for the purposes therein set forth

   Know all men by these presents that I
   Patience E. Smith wife of the within named
   Joel B. Smith, do hereby relinquish my right
   of Dower in the certain lot or parcel of land
   conveyed by the foregoing Indenture
