                 This Indenture made this twenty
fourth day March in the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and fifty six Between Henry
G. Oliver of the first and William Wright of the
second part both of said parties being of the County
of Chatham and State of Georgia aforesaid.
Witnesseth that the said Henry G. Oliver of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of One
thousand dollars to him in hand paid by the said
William Wright party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged at and before the seal-
ing and delivery of these presents hath granted bar-
gained sold assigned and transferred and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell assign and trans-
fer unto the said William Wright all his the said
Henry G. Oliver's right title and interest to a tract of
land known as Dunn's Lake tract situate in Dunn's
Lake in the County of Putnam in the State of Florida
containing Two thousand acres be the same more or 
less and also in that other tract of land situate in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida containing
seventeen hundred acres by the same more or less together
with his interest in all the appurtenances to said
tracts of land belonging or in any wise appertaining
the said interest of the said Henry G. Oliver in the
said tracts of land and the interest herein and hereby
conveyed and intended to be conveyed being all the
right title and interest in said lands which the said
Henry G. Oliver hath as heir and distributor of the
estate of his father George Oliver late deceased
To have and to hold the said interest in the said
tracts of land above mentioned with the appurtenances
and all and singular other the premises hereby gran-
ten bargained and assigned unto the said William
Wright his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
and lastly the said Henry G. Oliver and his heirs
the said bargained and assigned premises unto the
said William Wright and his heirs and assigns against
all persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents and the
said Henry G. Oliver for the purpose of enabling
the said William Wright to enjoy all the benefits
and advantage intended by the above deed to be con-
veyed hath made constituted and appointed and by
these presents doth make constitute and appoint the said
William Wright his attorney with power irrevocable 
as coupled with his interest to make sign seal execute
and deliver in the name of him the said Henry G. Oliver
all deeds releases receipts and asquitances or any
other writings which may be required to be or may be
necessary to be signed executed or delivered by the said
