       M.     of the State of Georgia
Houston^Clinch^sole qualified Executor in the State
of Georgia Florida of the last will and testament of the
late Duncan L. Clinch by virtue of the power in
me vested by said will in consideration of the sum of
Ten thousand dollars to me in hand paid by Tillman
Ingram of the State of Florida have granted bargained
& sold and released, and by these presents do grant, bar-
gain sell and release, unto the said Tillman Ingram
and his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel
of land situated and lying in the State of Florida, near
the center of the Arredondo Grant, and designated in
Washington & Burr's plat of said grant of the date
of February 9th A.D. 1846 as a parallelogram containing
one thousand acres, the property of D.L. Clinch and
bounded on the north by a tract of land, designated
on said plat as land of Thos Napier, on the East by
section (20) twenty, Township (10) ten, Range (20) twenty
on the south by a tract of land designated on said
plat, as land owned by John H. McIntosh, on the
west by fractional section (24) twenty four, Township
(10) ten, Range (19) nineteen of land subject to sale
at St Augustine, in said State together with all
and singular the rights, members, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the said premises belong
ing or in any wise incident, or appertaining
  To Have and to Hold all and singular
the premises before mentioned unto the said
Tillman Ingram, his heirs and assigns for-
ever. Witness my hand and seal this the 19th
day of March Eighteen hundred and fifty six
& the Eighty first year of the Sovereignty and
Independence of the United States of America
