Know all men by these presents that by virtue of authority
given to me by the will of John Drysdale late of St.
Augustine deceased, and in consideration of the sum
of seventeen hundred and sixty dollars to me in
hand paid by Charles C. Stewart of Alachua
County Florida the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, I John Beard as trustee under
and by virtue of said Will have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
and sell and convey to the said Charles C. Stewart
his heirs and assigns the following tract
of land lying in said County viz, sec-
teen
-tion Six^(16) in township (9) nine Range (19)
nineteen south and East containing six
hundred and forty acres more or less which
tract of land was purchased by the said
trustee at the sales of the "Arredondo Grant"
for the use and benefit of the Estate of the
said John Drysdale To have and to hold
the said tract of land unto the said Charles
C. Stewart his heirs and assigns forever
And I the said John Beard trustee as
aforesaid for myself and my heirs
executors and administrators do cove-
nant with the said Charles C. Stewart
his heirs and assigns that we will forever
warrant and defend the premises hereby
granted to the said Charles C. Stewart his
heirs and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons
claiming by or under the said John
Drysdale or myself In witness wher
eof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 8th day of February AD
