the subscriber Clerk of the Circuit Cour=
t of the County aforesaid John Beard
trustee &c who acknowledged and admit-
ted that he did sign and seal the fore
going instrument of writing as and 
for his act and deed and for the
purposes therein mentioned and
requested me to certify to the same

County of Alachua } presents that we George
L. Brown and Matilda S. Brown his wife
of the County and State aforesaid for and
in consideration of the sum of one thousand
dollars to us in hand paid have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto
Phillip Dell of the County and State afore-
said all that certain tract of land situate
in the County of Alachua State of Florida 
and described as follows to wit Lot number
(1) one of section thirty one (31) Township seven
(7) south of Range number twenty (20)
East containing Eighty acres also south west
quarter and North west quarter of the North west
quarter of section thirty two (32) Township seven (7)
south of Range twenty (20) East containing Eighty
acres also: North half of Lot number two (2) 
section (31) township seven (7) south of Range
number twenty (20) East containing forty and
05/100 acres also: Lot number three (3) of
section number thirty one (31) in Township
number seven (7) north of Range number twenty
(20) East containing one hundred and 10/100
acres with all the appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. To
have and to hold the same with all
the appurtenances and all the right
title interest and demand of us in
the premises unto the said Phillip Dell
and his heirs in "fee simple" forever
And I the said George L. Brown for my=
self and my heirs do covenant and
