agree to and with the said Phillip Dell and his
heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of
said premises and seized of a good and indefeas
able Estate of inheritance therein and that I have
full right and power to sell and convey the
same in fee simple forever and that the said
premises are clear and free of all incumbrances
that the said Phillip Dell his heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have hold possess and
enjoy the same without any suit molestation 
or interruption by any person whatever lawfully
claiming any right therein. And that I the
said George L. Brown and all persons hereafter
claiming under me will at any time hereafter
at the request and expense of the said Phillip Dell
his heirs and assigns make all such and further
assurances for the more effectual conveying
of said premises with the appurtenances as
may be reasonably required by him or them
That I the said George L. Brown and my heirs
will warrant and defend the said premises
with the appurtenances unto the said Phillip
Dell and his heirs and assigns forever.

apprehension of fear of or from her
said husband and I certify that the
said acknowledgement was made separate
and apart from her said husband
