Jacob E. Robinson, as also for the further sum of one dollar in hand paid
to said Jacob E. Robinson at and before the signing and sealing hereof, which
is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained, and sold and doth hereby bargain
and sell, unto the said George L. Brown, Two negro women slaves,
named and described as follows, to wit; Sarah aged about forty five years
and Rose aged about thirteen years, To have and to hold the said
negro women slaves to the said George L. Brown, and to his heirs and assigns
                always
for ever, provided^nevertheless that if the said Jacob E. Robinson his heirs
Executors or administrators shall well and truly pay, or cause to be paid
unto the said George L. Brown, his executors, administrators, or assigns the
aforesaid sum of Six hundred dollars, the same sum mentioned and described
in said promissory notes, together with the lawful interest thereon, now due
or hereafter to become due, on or before the first day of January one thousand
eight hundred and fifty six, as well as all such further sum or sums of
money, or merchandize as shall be hereafter acknowledged by the said
Jacob E. Robinson's endorsement on this mortgage to be duly advancement
from the said George L. Brown to the said Jacob E. Robinson, then
the foregoing mortgage Deed to be absolutely null and void, otherwise
to remain in full force and virtue.
             In Witness whereof the said Jacob E. Robinson has signed
his name, and affixed his seal by scrawl hereto, the day and year first
above written.

    Personally appeared before me Robert Youngblood Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Alachua County Lew Williams who being sworn
according to law, as touching the foregoing mortgage Deed of Mortgage
says the saw Jacob E. Robinson Sign and execute the same for the
purposes therein stated, and that he signed the same as a subscribing
witness.

      This Indenture made the thirtieth day of December A.D. one
thousand eight hundred and fifty four, Between Samuel W. Burnett
and his wife Ruth A. of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, parties of the first part, and George L. Brown of the
County and State aforesaid, party of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of five hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and forever quit-claimed and
do by these presents bargain, sell, alien, convey and forever quit
claim, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
