Alachua County     }  that I J.B. Pearson of the State of
Florida county of Alachua have this day granted
bargained sold and released, and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and release unto Hope H. =
Colson of the same state and County for and in
Consideration of the sum of one thousand five
hundred dollars to me in hand paid good and
lawful money, all that certain tract or parcel
of land situated in said County and State con=
taining three hundred and nineteen acres and
88/100 of land known as the West half of
section twenty five (25) Township nine (9) Range
nineteen (19) the same land designated on a
map of the Arredondo grant made by Burr
and Washington and conveyed by the heirs of
N. Brush deceased to Burrel Stokes on the
first day of March One thousand Eight hun
dred and fifty and by the sd Burrel Stokes to
J.B. Pearson on the twenty seventh (27) day of
December One thousand Eight hundred and fifty
three (1853) To have and to hold the sd premises
as above described together with their appurten
ances according to the tenor of sd deed unto the
said W.H. Colson his heirs and assigns forever
against myself my heirs and assigns and all
and every person or persons lawfully claiming
