          Military bounty land warrant No 42.936 in the name
          of Amos M. Thomas has this day been located
          by Rafaila S.M. Wilson upon - the North half
          of North West quarter of section No thirty three (33)
          in Township Eight (8) South of Range twenty two
          (22) East, subject to any pre emption claim
          which may be filed for said land within forty
          days from this date

          For value received I, Rafaila S.M. Wilson to
assigned  whom the within certificate of location was
to Elias  issued, do hereby sell and assign unto Elias
B. Earle  B. Earle, and to his hers and assigns forever
          the said certificate of location, and the land
          warrant and land therein described, and au-
          thorize him to receive the patent therefrom
               Witness my hand and seal this 12th day
          of February 1856
