This Indenture made and entered into this the
twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and fifty six
between Lemuel Wilson and Rafaila his wife
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part, and Elias Earle of the same
place of the second part, Witnesseth, That the
said parties of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Four thousand three
hundred and seventy five dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part
at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ac
knowledged, have given granted bargained
sold aliened, released, remised conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents do give, grant
bargain, sell, alien remise release convey and
confirm, unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all those
certain tracts or parcels of land situated in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and described on the plat
of surveys of the United States Land Office
at Newnansville Fla as the lot No Two (2) of sec-
tion twenty seven (27) and Lot No four (4) of
section twenty eight (28) and lot No One (1) of
section thirty three (33) and the west half of the
