of South East quarter of section thirty three & the South
East quarter of the North East quarter of section thirty
three (33) all in Township Eight (8) south of Range twenty
two (22) East. Also Lot No One (1) of section No four
(4) in Township No Nine (9) south of Range twenty two
East, containing in all four hundred and fifty two
acres more or less, together with all the priviledges 
improvements and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining, and the re-
version and reversions, remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof
   To Have and to hold the aforesaid granted
premises with the appurtenances unto the said
Elias Earle his heirs and assigns forever and
the said parties of the first part, for themselves
their heirs Executors & administrators the afore-
granted premises with the appurtenances unto the
said Elias Earle, his heirs, executors administrators
and assigns against them the said parties of the
first part, their heirs executors and administrators
and against all persons lawfully claiming or 
to claim the same by, through or under them
or either of them; will forever warrant and
defend by these presents

Lemuel Wilson and Rafaila L.M. Wilson his wife
both to me well known and acknowledged that they
signed sealed and delivered the foregoing deed for
the purposes therein mentioned and that Rafaila
L.M. Wilson being examined by me separately and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge 
that she signed the same for the purpose
of relinquishing all her dower and right of
dower in and to the premises therein conveyed
to Elias Earle and that she **** the same
freely and voluntarily and without any fear
apprehension or constraint of or from her said
husband and in evidence whereof, have hereunto
set her hand and seal the day and year above
