This Indenture made this 25th day of February
Eighteen hundred and fifty five (1855) between Thomas
W. Green of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part, and David J. Ridaught of the
County and State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth that the said Thomas W. Green for and
in consideration of the sum of twelve dollars
to him in hand paid by the said David J.
Ridaught at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
aliened remised released and confirm and
doth by these presents grant bargain sell
convey alien remise release and confirm
unto the said David J. Ridaught his heirs and
assigns forever the following described lots
or parcels of land towit North west quarter
of the north east quarter of section thirty four
in Township seven south of Range nineteen
East south east quarter of the north east quarter
of section thirty four and south west quarter
of the north west quarter of section thirty
five in Township seven south of Range
nineteen east containing in all one hundred
and sixty acres more or less situated in the
County of Alachua State of Florida as per
plat of the United States survey and subject to
private entry in Land office at Newnansville
Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
and reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also the Estate right title interest property
possession claim and demand whatever as well
in law as in Equity of the said Thomas W. Green
of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances,
To have and to hold the above described
premises unto the said David J. Ridaught, his
heirs and assigns to his and their own proper
use and benefit forever and the said Thomas
W. Green for himself his heirs executors admin
istrators doth covenant grant and agree
to and with the said David J. Ridaught his
heirs and assigns that the said Thomas W. Green
at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents is lawfully seized in fee of a good
and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein
of in and to All and singular the above granted
and described premises with the appurtenances
and has good right full power and lawful |
