authority to sell and convey the same in
manner as aforesaid
And the said David J. Ridaught his heirs and
assigns shall and may at all times hereafter peacea
bly and quietly have hold occupy possess
and enjoy the above granted premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances with-
out any let, suit, trouble, molestation eviction or
disturbance of the said T.W. Green his heirs or
assigns or of any other person lawfully claiming
or to claim the same and that the same are now
free, clear discharged and unencumbered of and
from all former and other grants titles, charges,
judgments and encumbrances of what nature
and kind soever, and also that T.W. Green and
his heirs and all and every person or persons who so
-ever lawfully or equitably claiming any Estate
right title or interest of in or to the before granted
premises, by from or under him or in trust for
him or them, shall and will at any time
hereafter upon the reasonable request and at
the proper cost and charges of the said David
J. Ridaught his heirs or assigns make and execute
or cause to be made and executed, all and every
such further lawful and reasonable acts con-
veyances and assurances for the better and more
effectual conveyance of the premises hereby
granted in and to the said David J. Ridaught
his heirs and assigns forever as by the said
D.J. Ridaught his heirs and assigns may be reason
-ably requested and the said T.W. Green and his
heirs the above granted and described premises
with every part thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said D.J. Ridaught his heirs and assigns
against all and every person or persons lawfully
claiming or to claim the same will forever warrant
and defend. In witness whereof the said Thomas

Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth
Green wife of Thos W. Green the grantor of the foregoing
deed for the conveyance of real estate for and

sum of one dollar to me in hand
paid by D.J. Ridaught the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
