parcel or
          all that^tract of land lying and being situated in the Town of
          Newnansville County and State, designated on the plat of the
          Town of Newnansville, as filed and existing in the office of Judge
          of probate for Alachua, and described as follows, to wit; Commencing
          at the South East corner of Block No four, Range No one, and
          running west one hundred and sixty four feet, thence north two hundred
          and ten feet, thence East one hundred and sixty four feet, thence south
          to the place of beginning, with all priviledges, and appurtenances
          thereunto belonging,  TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted
          premises to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assign
          to his and their own use, and behoof, forever and the said parties
          of the first part, for them selves, their heirs, Executors and Adminisrtors
          do covenant with the said party of the second part, his heirs and
          assigns, that the premises are free from all encumberances made or
          suffered by them, and that we will and our heirs, Executors and
          Administratos, shall warrant and defend the same to the said
          party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for ever, against
          the lawful claims and demands of all persons to the same extent
          that the County of Alachua, warrants Town lots in the
          Town of Newnansville.

                Know all men by these presents that Ruth Ann Burnett
          wife of Samuel W. Burnett, do hereby renounce, relinguish, and
          forever quit claim to all my Dower and right of Dower in ***
          and to the lots of land mentioned in the forgoing Deed of convey-
          ance, and I further declare that the same is made by me freely
          and volundtarily of my own free will, and without any compulsion
          constraint or apprehension, or fear of, or, from my said husband

              I hereby certify that the above relinquishment of Dower was made
          by Mrs Ruth A. Burnett wife of Saml W. Burnett, in my presence
          separate and apart from her said husband and that she declared
          the same to be here own free act and deed.
