along the line of the Rail Road, as may be designated
by the parties of the first part, as essential for the use
of the Rail Road or any other connecting Rail roads
for depots, workshops, warehouses, wharves and station
houses, and may also, by and with the assent of the
said party of the first part, set apart and reserve suitable
lots both in Fernandina and Cedar Key for the erection
of churches and charitable buildings, to be conveyed
free of costs to the proper parties whenever such buildings
shall have been erected
In witness whereof the said party of the first
part, have caused these presents to be signed, by
its president and secretary, and its corporate seal
to be hereunto affixed, and the said parties of the
second part, have hereunto affixed their hands and
seals, this the day and year above written
