             along the line of the Rail Road, as may be designated
             by the parties of the first part, as essential for the use
             of the Rail Road or any other connecting Rail roads
             for depots, workshops, warehouses, wharves and station
             houses, and may also, by and with the assent of the
        said party of the first part, set apart and reserve suitable
             lots both in Fernandina and Cedar Key for the erection
             of churches and charitable buildings, to be conveyed
             free of costs to the proper parties whenever such buildings
             shall have been erected
                        In witness whereof the said party of the first
             part, have caused these presents to be signed, by
             its president and secretary, and its corporate seal
             to be hereunto affixed, and the said parties of the
             second part, have hereunto affixed their hands and
             seals, this the day and year above written

                                     Before me Charles W. Down-
             ing a Commissioner duly authorized and commis-
             sioned by the Executor of Florida to authenticate the
             execution of deeds &c for the State of Florida in the
             District of Columbia, personally appeared David
             L. Yulee and George W. Call to me personally
             known who duly acknowledged that they signed
             and sealed the foregoing instrument for the pur-
             poses therein mentioned

             1856, before me personally appeared James
             T. Soutter one of the signers and sealers of the
             annexed instrument, and acknowledged the same
             to be his free act and deed for the purposes therein
