          Alachua County   ) Know all men by these presents
           that I Gabriel S. Sanchez of the County and State
           aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of
           four hundred dollars to me in hand paid by
           Elias Earle and William Parker of the State of Florida
           and County of Alachua at and before the sealing &
           delivery of theses presents, the receipt whereof is
           hereby acknowledged, have granteed bargained
           sold, conveyed aliened remised released and
           confirmed, and do by these present grant
           bargain sell convey, alien remise release
           and confirm unto the said Elias Earle and
           William Parker the following described tracts
           or parcels of land, lying and situate in the
           County of Alachua and State aforesaid and
           Known as the South west quarter of the NW1/4
           (SW1/4 of NW1/4) and North West quarter of North
           West quarter(NW1/4 of NW1/4) Section five (5)
           Township Eight (8) South of Range Twenty East
           (20 East) with all the appurtenances and all
           the claim, right, title interest and demand
           of me the said Gabriel S. Sanchez in and
           to the premises
                    To Have and to Hold the same with
           the appurtenances unto the said Elias Earle and
           William Parker their heirs and assigns forever
           in fee simple.
                 And I the said Gabriel S. Sanchez for
           myself, my heirs executors and administrators, do
           hereby, Covenant grant and agree to and with
           the said Elias Earle and William Parker that
           I am now the owner of the said premises and
           that I am seized of a good and indefeasible
           Estate of inheritance therein and that I have
           full right and power to sell and convey the
           same in "fee simple" absolute, and that I the said
           Gabriel S. Sanchez and all persons claiming lawfully
           under me will at any hereafter at the expense
           and request of the said Elias Earle and William
           Parker their heirs and assigns make all such
           further and other assurances for the more effectual
           Conveying the same with the appurtenances as may
           be required by them, And I the said Gabriel
           S. Sanchez will, and my heirs executors and
           administrators shall warrant and forever defend
           unto the said Elias Earle and William Parker their
           heirs and assigns the right and title to the
           premises herein conveyed, against the claim or
           claims of all persons claiming or to claim by
           through or under me, and against the claims
           of all persons whatsoever
