Elizabeth J. Sanchez wife of Gabriel S. Sanchez
the grantor of the foregoing deed for the Con-
veyance of real estate, for and in Considera-
tion of the premises in said deed settled, as well
as in consideration of the Sum of one dollar
to me in hand paid by Elias Earl and
William Parker the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
Knowledged, do hereby release and relinquish
unto the said parties above mentioned all my
right of dower in and to the premises described
in said deed, as fully and absolutely as I might
or could do the same

              Personally appeared before me Samuel
W. Burnett a Justice of the Peace in and for Alachua
County State of Florida, E.J. Sanchez to me well
known to be the person who executed the above re-
linquishment of dower, and acknowledged had
executed the same freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion or fear of or from her said husband
and I certify that the said acknowledgement was
made seperate and apart from her husband
